Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email address and message you submit on doozyx.com. We use it only to reply to you.
• Account data: when you sign in to a DoozyX app you create a DoozyX account (name, email address, optional profile picture). If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us.
• Calendar data: only if you turn on Apple Calendar in the Dooday iPhone app. See "Calendar data" below.
• Product analytics: only if you accept analytics on doozyx.com. These events are anonymous, are not linked to an account and do not follow you across other websites.
• Technical data: our servers and error monitoring process IP addresses, request metadata and crash reports as needed to keep the service secure and working.

2. Sign in with Google

If you choose "Sign in with Google", Dooday asks Google only for your name, email address and profile picture, and uses them to create and secure your DoozyX account. Dooday does not request access to your Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive or any other Google service.

3. Calendar data

When you turn on Apple Calendar in the Dooday iPhone app, the app uploads the events of the calendars you choose (title, description, location, start and end time, time zone, attendees) so Dooday can show them next to your tasks and plans. We never create, edit or delete events in your calendars.

We keep a synced copy of those calendars and events in our database. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to build profiles or train generalized AI or machine learning models, and our staff do not read your calendar content unless you ask us to for support, it is needed to investigate abuse or a security incident, or the law requires it.

4. Disconnecting and deleting your data

• Disconnect Apple Calendar in Dooday at any time. Disconnecting stops syncing and permanently erases the calendar data we synced.
• You can also stop sharing calendars with Dooday in your iPhone settings, and revoke Dooday's access to your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• To delete your DoozyX account and the data we hold about you, email us at the address below. We act on verified requests promptly.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf: infrastructure and network providers (for example Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend) and error monitoring. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it after you ask us to. Synced calendar data is kept only while Apple Calendar stays connected. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect in the first place.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, use "Cookie settings" in the footer of doozyx.com; for calendar data, disconnect it as described above). Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For material changes to how we use your data we will ask for your consent again before the change applies.
