Terms of Service

1. Using the Services

You may use the Services only in line with these terms and the law. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16 years old.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. Information you give us must be accurate.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe others' rights, or use the Services to send spam or malware.
• Do not probe, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the Services, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Services except where the law allows it.

4. Third-party services

Some features connect to services you already use, such as Apple Calendar or Sign in with Google. When you connect one, you authorize us to access it as described in our Privacy Policy, and your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into the Services, including data synced from third-party services. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to you in order to run the Services.

6. Our property

The Services, including their software, design and branding, belong to DoozyX or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Services as intended.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services reliable but do not promise they will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.

8. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, DoozyX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we must do so by law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and liability) survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, where DoozyX FZ-LLC is registered. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Services or these terms, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will update the date at the top and, where we can, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
